tummy ache?

Another dawn. A rather strange night.

Ever since Sunday, after the nap from the bike in the morning. I have been feeling uneasy. My tummy doesn't seem to be feeling well. Strange. I was feeling stomach pain during the nap! Don't know if i am feeling like going for "big business" or hunger. The feeling is strange. Couldn't sleep well during the nap.

Last evening, same thing. Ok, sometime we need to release some water during the middle of the night. But not having tummy upset. Hmm....Dinner is like 3 hours before bed time....and middle of the night felt lousy. Suck!

Felt like a mechanical zombie when i reached the pool - emotionless. HR was normal, but felt abit uneasy. Dunno why.

First 3 sets, was 50 breast, 50 free. Wasn't feeling that particularly comfortable throughout. Switch to breast after that for another 3 more sets. Felt a bit bored and sandwich a freestyle lap inside the sets. Was feeling the pace start to push up a bit as i move forward.

Pacer uncle came in when i reached the 10 sets. Nice to have him back and keep me focus. The pace naturally get pick up again with Pacer uncle around. :)

Manage to go on par with him touching the wall together at the end of my 2.5km swim.

63mins effort this morning, the timing took me by a bit surprised. Maybe i have count wrongly again. Wahaha.

I think i need to go toilet soon again...:(

This evening in CBD run. We have a visitor. Fuelbelt representative come over in a timely fashion as though he knows that i need a new fuelbelt. Guess that is fate. I am $63 poorer at the end. Wonder why i didn't get a discount for the belt. :(

Engine doesn't seem to be firing. Just hang on to the pace and try not to lack too behind. Maybe i am tired from the workouts. Maybe not.

1 short loops but enough to get the heart fully pumped out. Plus 2 sets of staircase is enough for me to call it a day. Too long didn't climb, need to slow adjust back the pace. I think HR was abit high, though i didn't push.

I should do more climbs in the future as part of the training. Especially when the rains fall, instead of slacking, it will be good for staircase workouts. Hmm...this should be our contingency training progra....wahaha...Shall call this Plan "S".

We shall see how it goes...for Plan "S".
