After the weekend workouts, today call for an easy day. Head to the gym as per norm.
Body was holding up pretty well. Nevertheless have to move with caution. Choose to do light weights to get body warm up nicely.
A 45mins on weights with longer break in between is good for a lazy Monday morning. After which did another 20mins on the bike. Just to get the legs moving. Some stretches and call it a day.
After the session, felt the legs abit tightening. Weights always flushed out the ache...or rather bring forward the aching...
