Another Sept 11
Nothing special on my radar. At least i hope it stay that way.
Head to the gym and started off the weights.
Enjoy the weights session much more than in the morning gym compare to the afternoon in office gym.
Nice sets....slightly more than 60mins. Just nice to keep the breathing smooth and body warm up.
Think the body is recovering from last few sessions, so didnt push it with weekends workouts in mind.
