Up!
Woke up with a bit of soreness. Not unexpected though. Decide to take a recovery kind of ride on the bike this morning.
It feels like when i am still back in IBP gym. Morning did a recovery ride, afternoon goes for weights after a hard training the previous evening. I won't say it is a tough training session yesterday, but rather i put in some effort. Hopefully those small burst of effort here and there will stand me good in the future.
50mins of cycling does do wonders for the legs. Give it a stretch and i feel like a spring chicken. Keke..ok...no more lah....just happen to have a skip higher than normally. Keke.
It is a mad rush to office, fortunately the traffic is very smooth this morning. Phew!

Brought my colleagues to the gym during lunch period. They have not done so previously before.
Spent 45mins doing weights. Body abit sng, okay...will grow stronger...:)
