2 more days to TNF
Head to the gym as usual. Don't really feel like doing anything.
Still proceed with weights. Just doing something that i normally dont do and keep it light weights. So to keep it fresh.
45mins is well spent, just to get the engine slightly warm up for the day ahead.
Don't know why, feel like nuah in the afternoon. I just don't know why i ended up in the pool during noon time.
The traffic is super heavy(dont know why). The weather is scorching down. I should be "resting". Instead jump into the warm pool and risk getting sun burnt again! Damn! What am i thinking of!
Slow and steady follow through with the typical set. It was kind of calm, relax pace. Given the super sian feeling and hot weather, don't really feel like what i am doing now. Just like this morning.
There is bit and piece of swimmers around still decent for a afternoon swim.
Intend to do 2.5k if i am feeling okay, but realistically 2km is good at this moment. I was going through it slow and steady. Despite the heat, i am still good for the longer distance.
At 1.7km, the HR went North. I can feel it. Damn. I am not chiong or feeling tired. It just went North. Sigh. I try to hold on until 2km and stopped.
Could it be the hot weather or dehydration, which i read might be the cause for some folks. The last time when it went North during workout is also swimming in the afternoon. Could there be a trend i am seeing. So many questions, nobody can answer! Even the doc don't have the answer! As individual case are different from one another. Sigh.
54mins for the effort, climb up, wash up and leave.
This is a good reminder to myself. I still have to be conservative in my training, race and expectation. Anytime this will happen and things might get worst if i am caught in a situation, whereby there is no turning back!
Headache.....
