Body is aching, but the legs feel bad when i started the swim this morning.
Bad in terms, i wasn't prepare for it. Not as though after a tough session, you expect to feel the ache the next day.
Decide to go easy, rather err on the safety side. Decide to go breast stroke heavy and slowly move forward.
Around 1km+, spine area start to get ache. Damn.
I start to feel much comfortable, except for the slight concern of the back. I was feeling very comfortable at 2km mark. But the slight ache on the spin area, remind me not to push my luck. Ok, err on the safety side, stop the swim in 55mins.
Wash up and head for work.
Tonight we are doing FC route for our run. I am prepare to do 4 sets as per previous few times. Alas when i started off, i found myself with heavy legs and pace is slow...hmm...
Perspiration is coming down like nobody business, i just wish the run can be shorten! *weak mind!*
Feeling much better when i start doing the loop at FC. It is an interval pace. It wasn't that tough but mangable for the 1.2km loop.
I managed to do two interval sets and 1 recovery set and decide to call it a day. This(today) doesn't seem to be a day to chiong, so err on the safety side.
Rest is to go further!
