This morning feel much better compare to yesterday after waking up.
Seems like the legs abit tired when i start the cycle in the gym. Hmm.....
Still proceed cautiously and steps up the resistance periodically to a high range at regular intervals. Though i manage to hang on with the progressively increase load, i still feel that the body is not as fresh as i have like.
50mins of wet effort, is a good stay for the day!
