Mid Week.....
Despite an early rest yesterday, this morning i was tired. The urge to find another place to rest is great. I didn't succumb to the temptation...:(
I went to the gym and come out feeling refresh! It is a stark difference before stepping inside.
Opt for the weight this morning. A good session, even though i wasn't pushing the intensity. The feeling of refresh and awake is a much needed push. Cool.
50mins of the workout is worth the effort.
No matter how suck the situation is, after a workout, most probably we will feel much better. :p
