Preparing for weekend

I don't know why, but i couldn't get to sleep until early wee of the morning. Strange.

Didn't get the "let me sleep somemore" feeling when i woke up. Cool.

Get to the gym, hop up the bike and did an easy 50mins random hill ride. Must control the tempo in preparation for tomorrow run. Will change the intensity when the body is more able to adapt to the pace in the future.

Went to the Tiong Bahru Market after the session. Compare to last week, it is more decent crowd on weekday. Grab my stuff and head out in about 5mins. Cool!

Time to rest and prepare for the weekend workouts.
