Another start....
I have a good sleep last night. Not surprising that i didn't get a nap after the Pacesetter run and have to drive back from KL. I was knocked out i think, but did recall some movements from Enver in the middle of the night. Anyway still felt refresh after the sleep.
Body ache as well. Shoulder, tummy(dont know why? eat too much?), more on the thighs and right knee. Yesterday did push abit, not surprise that the body is aching. Oh well, this the last event before March race.
Head to the gym and decide not to tax the body too much and up the cross training for a walk. Can feel the thighs are tight after 50mins. In between can feel the knee like showing sign of sore. Last 2 races(MR ultra and Pacesetter) during the event, it does show up. Need to be careful on it.
Another starting point towards March 2010.
