Friday - Wet
Not feeling well yesterday. Something is not right. Body is aching from the Wednesday weight session. Well, just go with the flow. Wanted to do, but somehow take the easy way out and skip workouts yesterday.
This morning, feeling much better and head to the gym for bike session.
Did a decent bike for 25mins before trying out some interval hill climbs. I think i did 4 to 5 sets of climb within the next 25mins. It was getting tough after each set as it take longer time to recover. Have to endure abit, but i make it. It was a super wet session after that.
Nice to get the engine moving again. I hope i don't overdo it. Let see how it goes.
