Thirteen January

when i get to bed at 11pm last evening. The body still have not calm down yet.

When i woke up this morning, it is back to norm. I felt tired. I don't know how long the episode lasted. I was in two minds whether to head over to the gym or doing any workout today.

I cannot allow myself an excuse to slack, without at least try. So i ended up in the gym and head up the bike. I was thinking take it an easy ride and keep the HR down rather than chuan with the weights.

I wasn't feeling comfortable. Seems like engine is showing signs of irritation. I tried and after 10mins i gave up. Just wanna be caution and push it. Don't know what consequence it might develops.

Since it is early, decide to spent times on the weights. Strangely body didn't reject the workout. So proceed for a 45mins weights session. At least i get the system moving.

Let see how i feel later on.
