Wednesday - Another Start
Apparently not enough sleep yesterday, though i sleep around the same time everyday.
Take a while, before i head into gym. Slightly late by a few mins, still doable.
Hop on the bike and did higher cadence cycling with low resistance. Still need time to get use to it and didn't feel that bad as perceive.
Spent 50 mins on it. I will mix and match as time goes to D-Day. Cool.
Rush back to office, reached just nice.
It is time for another gear up. :p
