Ready

Decide to take a day break. Just to be on the safe side after the long ride the day earlier.

This morning get to the pool as usual. The crowd seems to be out in force :(

I kick off together with Pacer uncle. We are not more than a body length apart for the first 3-4 sets. That is strange, very unlike of uncle.

Open a small gap between us, but he seems to be holding on to me. Also good, keep me accompany. :P

He made a sprint and touch the wall together when i reached 1.5km. :p

I didn't response to his challenge as i am focus on what i intend to do. That is 15 sets.

I slack abit after uncle drop off as expected. It was just a typical swim, and i manage to finish 3km in 78mins. Not a fast timing, but enough to make me feel good. I think i am getting hang to the distance...i am ready for the swim at the end of the month.

I brought Steven to CBD run this evening. I hope he has more run with us in the future. :p

I felt okay, but it just seems i just couldn't get the pace up as the run start, or is it that the rest are on "steroid"?

I felt like walking when i reached the foot of MF. Seems like a painful climb coming up. Slow and steady i manage to climb up. It wasn't that bad as anticipated.

Right knee like giving me some stress at the beginning, after a while, it no longer lingers. Still need to be carefully for those tell tales aching signs.

Decide to do a single loop at the top just to "get it over with" mentality.

Slightly less than 1:30hr run this evening on a 11km+ run. Overall, just glad that i clock this run.

Have a good chat with the rest after the run, especially "eagles" personnel. Cool.
