elephant swim
Water was hot. It is just not only myself, quite a few uncles also complains when i get into the bathing area.
Legs are aching from the weights workout yesterday. It is obvious when i started the swim this morning. After a while, the arms get heavy as well as i switch from breast to front crawl at times. Well, this does not surprise me.
Pacer uncle is around, so it is good to take him as a guide again to see how the fitness is. The first few sets was like okay, i am still not that bad, in term of pacing. As the swim get longer, the feeling of elephant swimming is getting more and more obvious. The gap between pacer uncle and myself couldn't close and in fact start to widen. Sigh.
Not feeling that light while in the water. Abit of having to pull through to reach 2km. Not really that tough, just rusty i guess.
Felt the Achilles tendon is still abit swollen after tuesday run. The groin area seems to be giving me some ache at the last set. Fortunately it ended shortly so not much damage.
55mins of swim. Good to be back at the pool.
Let see how it goes.
