Out of Shape
Achilles tendon wasn't that bad, which is a relieve. But can still feel there is something there that is bothering me.
I was clearly out of shape when i hit the weights this morning at the gym.
Try to go light and easy to ease the body back to the system when i started. It was light, but wasn't easy. Have to struggle abit to complete the set, which is abit dissapointing.
50mins spent and feeling quite good that i have make another step in getting back into shape.
Round is not a shape... :p
