A bit tiring on the stationary bike this morning. But i make it at the end. A good 50mins spent and feeling the energy starts to slowly coming back. It is good, but still needs some time adjusting back.
Do a slow stretch after the session to give myself a breather. Going to be a long run tomorrow. I hope the body don't get "injure" more than doing a decent distance for it.
