starting again

A rest on Sunday as per plan. The calves and quads are tight. This only show how unfit i am feeling now. Just a 30km run and i am feeling this bad. Damn!

I am glad i have a rest before hitting the gym this morning again. Trying to keep it easy and get some flow of things, i hop up the "walker" this morning. After 20mins, felt the legs are feeling much better and decide to jump over to the stationary bike for another 30mins.

A good session to ease the body back to working condition.

Going to keep it light and easy for the next few weeks while the training for Sundown peaks. Hope no injures along the way.
