Another Start
I woke up with some ache on the injury portion. Sigh...Should i still proceed for workout...i asked myself....maybe a rest is require AGAIN!
Damn! I head to the gym nonetheless. It felt slightly better after the walk abit here and there.
Jump onto the stationary bike and start the 50mins session. Felt some aching but nothing big deal as biking doesn't stress the calf much.
A good "warm" up for the week ahead.
Hope the ache will go away soon, which currently feel like going to plague me for another week.
