sigh. 09 June
The injury continue to haunt me. Sigh.
No workout on Tuesday and head to the gym this morning with some reluctant. Sigh.
Decide to get forward to do the weights. Even walking between the equipments can feel the strain on the muscle. Sigh.
Spent 60mins, which is pretty decent on the weights. Felt kind of relieve when i finished.
Time to rest and awaits the next session of workout.
