I Get To
Saturday run i feel pretty good, maybe Sunday can do something longer to get back some momentum and fitness.
At the end, i decide to give myself a break on Sunday, as i indulge in catching the live telecast of the world cup(on the Internet).
In the afternoon and later, feel leg abit stress up...sigh.....
This morning, feel the leg still abit bad, but seems like different part of the muscles...which i don't know is that a good sign or not. Good in a sense, the injury portion is feeling fine, bad is that
i have compensate the injury portion while running and overuse and hurt other part of the muscles.
Anyway, decide to put in more time in the gym this morning as i am heading start to site and it is not opening up so early.
Wanted to spent 90mins on the bike. End up the legs started to stress up and have to stop at 60mins. It seems going to get much worst, so don't want to take the risk and hurt myself in the progress. I hope i didn't push my luck this morning.
A humid cycle this morning to start the week. Glad that i get to bike this morning.
Hopefully i get something moving in the right direction in preparation for KL.
