Another WeAk start
After yesterday tough day, I am going to slack. No wonder, my fitness is waning and my buddy(which I haven’t meet for a few years) commented that I put on weight and whether I am still running or not!
I get to the gym as expected and take on the bike this morning. This time round, decide to go hilly terrain, so that I got more “low resistance” ride.
It is a good 50mins to get the body warm up nicely for the week ahead.
Going to be a long day ahead. I hope I will survive the day without too much “x@#$@#4”.
Sometime with the work schedule line up, it is going to be a long and endurable experience
