End - WC

I think this is a good WC. The Favourite and in form team for the past few years win. It is not always the case for "best team win".

After watching the final, just nice for me to wash up and head to gym.

Calves though aching, but the quads are pretty good and it gets easy on the bike. Have to push up and do a bit more than usual as the legs adapt.

A good effort, 50mins later. Phew.

Good to start the week with such a ride. Maybe Tour De France has something to do with it? :P
