Start - TNF
We(9 of us) have a short run on Saturday towards BT area. Schedule for 16km, but we did 14km. That is after so much complaining about the wrong in distance on the garmin.
We have to extend the run to MR(RRR) entrance(aerospace) as i clearly underestimate the distance.
It has quite some time we head into BT. The up/down does take the toil on the legs and heart. It goes to show how untrained our body is to the terrain.
I am glad that the run is pretty short, but the legs after that is pretty ache for the weekend. Sigh.
One thing good about this is that we get a head start on this terrain to prepare for the event in Oct. :p
