Mid week - 14 July 2010
I just don't know what is happening to my calves anymore. It shouldn't be aching. Just a short run yesterday and the calves like not condition for the run. :(
This morning head to the gym and get into weights. Intend to do it slowly, finish the workouts in 60mins. Spent another 10mins stretching. Felt the tightness on the legs has soothe.
Quite a nice feeling after the session. Hopefully a good day ahead.
