Thin Skin

After the night of thick-thin skin discussions with the folks in CBD run. This morning i realise that i have a thin skin complex. :p

As expected this morning the broken skins is still abit bruise and need TLC.

As per norm, i was sock-less going to the gym. That short walk(400meters) to reach the gym, i have cut myself again. Near the ankle where the shoe tongue slice into the skin after repeated rubbing. Ouch!

Damn..what is happening!

Proceed with a 60mins weight workout, trying to ignore the irritating of the foot. Follow by another 10mins of stretching. Which goes on pretty fine.

It seems that the skins are getting thin out of the sudden, whereas the tummy is getting bigger...
