Post Marathon

I am not limping! Because i didn't do anything over the weekend.

Monday, get to the gym and decide to slack.

Ok, i did a slow 50mins bike session with a back and arm rest. Slow and steady, reading the mag and enjoy the morning "stroll".

Tuesday, had a weight session(60mins). My toe nail is screw and i don't want to swim and tear it off. Maybe i should, but but.....

The traditional makan session after SCM in the evening. Meeting them with working clothes is something not use to...a change...haha... We eat alot...(thanks everyone) for sharing! *bloated*

Wed, a bit aching(from yesterday weight). Think and have no choice but to head to gym once again. This time get on a bike for a 50mins session.

The effort seems good, but i have a shock at the end when i look at the distance cover. I guess the body is abit stretch after the session yesterday.
