I was tired when awoke. I was surprised. Have to drag myself out of the house this morning.

Hit the gym for a overdue workout! After the feasting over the weekend, the first thing i did before i hit the bike is to give a try on the weighing machine. The difference on Friday and Monday is 1kg. Not unexpected but abit lower than expectation. No wonder i am still hungry! Haha.

Had a good 50 mins bike ride. I was feeling "ok" and was pleasantly surprised. Intent to do a slow relax low resistance ride, but the body feel so nice that i have to push up the resistance. :p It was a good ride at the end.

Since yesterday, feel an ache on the lower calves(right). No idea why, but it just happen. This morning can feel the strain have worsen. Sigh. It is on ko-yoke-por now, hopefully it will relief of the ache soon.

ASS (Afternoon Sleepy Syndrome)?

More like Pre-ASS for me today. Don't quite know what hit me.

Anyway, hit the weights during noon time to continue the damage control of weekend makansutra! It was a relax session, much better than this morning. Maybe body warm up better in the afternoon. Or it could be more familiar faces so can chit chat abit and the atmosphere is better.

Looking forward to the evening session to continue the burning process....:)

Had a SPIN in the evening. Before that had a 30mins more bike time to get the engine warm up.

Body is getting tired, can feel the left calf is cramping up. The run after the SPIN is tough. Have to lower the speed and bite the bullet to finish it. I hope not much damage done.

Time to rest.
