Beefing up?
A bit of sng at the calves this morning. A bit strange about it since it has been more than 24hours since the last workout. Anyway, nothing much to be alarm about.
Hit the bike this morning. A cruising 50mins later, feeling good and engine seem to be warming up for the day nicely.
Latic comment that i have lost too much mass. Not much weights different according to the weighing scale though, i replied. Too much cardio and muscles went missing. :p I have taken my meals regularly, in fact i even take a bit too much on the snack! Hehe...:)
Felt sleepy now! OMG! I had slept quite a fair bit to compensate for saturday! Die lah, sleep is catching up! :(
I need to eat more and sleep more?

Head for the gym in the afternoon for a weight session. Somehow between the last workout, the right calf become pretty tight. Anyway workout still goes on.
It became apparent during the workout that the right calf definitely need some TLC. It was a good session despite being careful of the slight ache.

Right calf sngness continue to plague me throughout the day. Try to stretch whenever possible, but did little help.
Head for the gym for a SPIN class in the evening. The usual instructor ponteng this evening, in his absence a female instructor step in.
Haven't try her class before therefore do not know her style. Try to slack abit here and there,but still kena con to do abit more! It was a wet session!
Kena con to do so many sprints until i also blur! Lucky the nature slacking attitude help tigger to survive the session. :p
Did a run on the treadmill after the class, but stopped halfway as i can feel the right calf showing sign of sng abit. Don't want to take the risk of aggravating the injury.
Did some stretches and call it a day.

Singapore passport holders don't need visa to go to Oz, right? Good luck for Busselton. I lived in Perth before and lots of my friends said it has been hot lately (30+).
