Adjustment
Due to this evening makan session, have to make some adjustment to the workout this morning.
Bottom of the foot still feel some ache this morning. Sigh...:(
Head to the gym as usual and did the weights instead. Due to the MIA(workout) sessions during lunch time, I am down with 2 sessions most of the weekdays. Instead of cyling in the morning, i think there is a need to rework on the strategy to get the more of the the limited time.
Time for some adjustment. Hmm......
