Back to Work

I just couldn't understand why my thighs are tight this morning. Yesterday was 14km run. Nothing tough about it, why am i feeling the effect? Have been doing 1 workout per day for the past few days, it shouldn't be like that!

Get onto the bike in the gym and finished a 50 mins session. A good cycle to start the day.

Street seems to be slightly quiet for a Monday, maybe some are still not back from vacation.

Head to the gym in the evening. A good weight session, despite wasn't feel that fresh. At least the thighs are pretty tight before i start. I believe tomorrow will be aching...Ouch!

I better put more effort on weights and keep the body posture upright. Can feel the body slack and getting tired easily. :(
