The arms and feet are still swollen from the flight. Nevertheless with a slightly “unglam” tummy, head for the gym in the morning. First thing step onto the weighing scale and the result………..3kg from my usual weight…..do not know if that is due to the makan in Japan or additional to the KL Makansutra trip.
The humidity is bad. I was perspiring like no tomorrow for the 50 mins ride this morning. It was a bit tough for the lung as well. I have lost quite a fair bit of fitness. It is okay, I expect it, have to slowly pick it up again.
Have read that Too buay have completed his first Ironman in Langkawi! Too Belly have done his 2nd! Well done my fellow toos!
It has been more than 2 month+ and I am back in JTC gym. The company decide to renew the membership, so I am back. It is going to be my regular hangout for the coming weeks during lunch time as I built up for China IM.
The gym has done some reshuffling of the equipments. The crowd is getting more, although I am the only 1 from my company. It was a good start after the break. It is good to be back.
I have to deliberately stop myself from going to the gym in the evening. Just came back from a break, i think some rest is require since i am not aware how much the body can take. Slowly easing back to the rhythm. :p
