Shoulder

The shoulder continue to give a strange feeling. I guess the fall 2 weeks back is that BAD. I dunno how come still feeling the ache.

This morning hit the gym for a weight session. Can feel the strain on the shoulder, so don't dare to push much.

A simple and slow 50mins weights this morning to start the day. It is good to get the engine started once again.
