time not enough
I arrived right on the dot. Everything seems to be falling in place nicely. No hiccup....but...it seems like a rush this morning for everything and time just seems to be running out.
Hit the weights this morning in the gym. Thought about skipping as can feel that the body is giving signals to take a break. Should i? Thought about it for a few seconds. Throw it aside and get on with the workout.
I have been slacking for a considerable period of time. Weight have ballooned. Pants are getting tighter. I need to do something about it! It is easy to slack for a month and waste months of hard work in a blink! Damn!
So what is the body showing signs of fatigue! Isn't that how i condition myself, by growing phrases of fatigue, wear and tear to get stronger and faster?
It was a "not enough time" kind of workout and a rush to get to office.
5 mins late arrival to office and rushing again to clear some works.
