Be Gentle
After a good workout over the weekend. I don't think i want to do any more cardio activities this morning. So, do a light weights to keep the engine warm.
Let be gentle this morning. Especially the lower limb, must not overstress. Though i don't feel the ache over so far, knowing my current body condition it calls for some gentleness.
A 50 mins workout to keep the fire burning is good enough to start the week ahead.
Be gentle today.....i hope...i don't overdo something this evening....let hope so....
