Crawling start
After a heavy drinking(to my standard) after a wedding dinner yesterday. I am not really for workout this morning.
Right knee feel abit of stress as well, after the run yesterday. It was okay all the while and after the run, suddenly felt the stress.
So what happen this morning?
I head into the gym this morning as per norm. Though knee abit of worrying, so I concentrate on upper body working and not to use too much of the knee. There goes the opportunity to do bike session.
Still feeling a little bit groggy! So take it real easy just need to force up some sweat will do.
After a few sets of weight, can feel the lips is dry and the tongue is getting more pale. The effect of alcoholic still in the blood?
35 mins of workout this morning and call it a day. There is no slacking around.
