recovery workout
I am feeling the ache from yesterday workout. Not really bad, just some ache to feel i am "alive".
During yesterday run, did feel the right quads giving some signals about over working.
This morning, decide to take it on a recovery pace weights workout. Just giving the muscles some light stretching to soothe the ache.
65mins of slow pace, does make it shiok. Nice way to start the week.
