Positive

Shoulder show abit of ache, similar to the calves when i woke up. Which is a POSITIVE sign. :)

Body seems abit sluggish though. Nevertheless, still went to the gym. It was a nice workout.

Spent 55mins on the weights and 2omins on the rowing machine. Decide to put some mins on the rowing...bcos "i trust my buddy". I was drenched and feeling good at the end of the 20mins...according to the stats, i have burned 220 calories...i think my breakfast in a few mins is enough to replenish the lost! Damn.

Well, you gain more than you lost...which is POSITIVE in a way....
