Panther looming
Fate is almost sealed. Time to put in the hours. 6 months to D day. Something that i can look forward to and focus on the training.
Get into the gym this morning. Weather was good, calves still ache(already 5 days!) and workout still have to carry on. :(
Intention is to take it easy and ease the ache(if possible). An hour of weights to prepare for the weekend ahead. A nice and simple workout at the end. Cool!
Wonder how do a tiger train like a panther?

don't forget to do your recovery workout to help your calves recover faster!
