Wednesday Workouts
Morning - Head to the gym as per norm. The lobby of the shopping arcade is having CNY decoration. Can see the workers busy preparing and try to close the installation before the crowd come in. Guess CNY mood are lingerings stronger each day as we edge closer to it.
Had a 55mins weights to get the body working. I need to spent more time in the gym to get my body ready for the event. Today is just the beginning. Hopefully i will get stronger over the next few weeks.
Going to be an interesting day ahead.
Evening - Head to the gym after took a couple of hours off. Need to get more mileage under the belt.
I was feeling good picking up the pace on the bike. Seldom felt this way, anyway just Do It.
Spent 2 hours on the bike. I was wet as expected. It was a decent bike session. Feel quite comfortable throughout the session which is a welcome sign.
Abit rush for time, but have to do with the circumstances.
Choose the wrong route at a peak period and came home even later than expected. :(
