22 Feb Training log
Didn't get a decent sleep last evening. Part of growing up with Enver. :p
Felt tired. I could have swap a bed for the workout this morning. Alas.
Get to the gym and do a slow weights sessions. Expect the body to have sufficient rest after the rest yesterday and i was wrong. First workout on the quads and was like OMG, what is happening. It get gradually better later.
70mins of easy pace workout to get the system working.
I just wonder, is my body really that out of condition? Sad...4 weeks more to go....
Back at the gym after work. It is time to put in extra workout. :p
90mins on the bike. Phew! Still managable. Continue with another 11mins(2km) run on the treadmill. Still not so bad, but HR went north which is bad after the workout. :(
Another reminder. It just won't go away. :(
