A luxury short break
Thanks to TJT, we have a short getaway...drifting to the luxury of sea and hot weather.
Well with the BIG event coming up, this weekend should be a potential peak training. Alas, have to go along with what is in store and make it up with other forms.
A twice daily workouts for 5 days(except Thursday) follow by a nice and short LSD run on Saturday make it a slow building up for what could be an extreme long D Day come end March.
Apart from eating, snacking, sleeping, enjoying myself in a slow pace environment. I manage to catch simple workouts. A short run on Sunday morning, follow by Yoga(50mins). It is my first session in Yoga. Haven't really try it, though has seem so much of it in the gym. It wasn't something different from any stretching exercise i did previously. Just different way of doing things, still ohh....ouch..my way through...more fun that way.....
A good break to get me ready for the coming weeks workout till D-Day.
