Step at a time - 12 May 2010
Head back to the gym again this morning and goes for weight session.
Keep it simple and easy but struggle abit(due to fitness lacking). Overall a good 50mins session.
Right calf did show sign of stress again. Which isn't that good. But a clear reminder that all is not WELL. Still have to be cautious of it.
Slowly moving forward, a step at a time.
