Still hanging - 4 June 2010

Leg still not that good. Can feel that the stress is still there. I don't know why. Maybe it hurts more than i initially feel.

Yesterday the ache was worst than the day before. Therefore decide to skip the swim.

This morning head to the gym. Not that keen on biking, wanna give leg a little more room to rest and started off with weights.

It has been some time since the last session. It is going to ache this evening or tomorrow. :(

Quite a nice session. In face feel the leg ache portion slightly lessen. Hope i didn't aggravate anything with this morning 55mins session.

Let see how tomorrow run feel.
