Stretching
The usual aches from the weekend event. 2 of the big toes are crying foul. Most probably will blue black.
Calfs and Quads are not really that bad. Still walk with a slight hop from time to time. Nothing too alarming.
This morning head to the gym. Did some lights weights and stretching to give the muscles a stretch. Nice and easy 60mins session to kick start the week.
Time to regroup and plan for the next event.
